摘要
提出了叉车门架重叠度设计变更中使用有限元分析方法,并建立有限元分析模型,通过应力分析计算,对比更改设计前、后的应力计算结果,确认设计方案的合理性以及是否符合设计要求。FEM分析大幅减少了设计变更的工作量,并有效降低了相关重复调整试验费用,是目前门架重叠度变更的高效设计方法。
In this paper,the FEM is utilized in forklift truck overlap design change,and the finite element model is set up.The stresses of several key points before and after overlap design optimization are compared.The result shows that,compared with traditional design method which need repeatedly optimized design,FEM with lower cost is more efficient.
