摘要
在进行筒仓的设计时,既要满足相关规范和工艺需求,也要满足安全生产和实际工况要求。结合上述几个方面,设计了基于PLC300的原煤筒仓监测惰化保护系统,从组成、原理、硬件、软件等方面对该系统进行了介绍,为工厂原煤筒仓监测惰化保护系统的设计和应用提供参考。
In the process of designing a silo, the related specification, process requirements, safety production and the actual working condition should be concerned. According to the above several aspects, a monitoring and inerting protection system based on PLC 300 for raw coal silo is designed , which can be known from the composition, principle, hardware and software ,etc. This work may provide a reference for the design and application of monitoring and inerting protection system of raw coal silo.
