高校朋辈辅导的差异化策略研究——基于北京本科院校大学生朋辈辅导员工作情况的调查分析

Study on the Differentiation Strategy of Peer Counseling:A Survey and Analysis Based on an Investigation of Undergraduate Peer Counseling in Colleges and Universities in Beijing

本文基于对北京本科院校大学生朋辈辅导员工作情况的问卷调查,发现在共性基础上存在着差异,211院校的学生以及各类院校中有过学生干部经历的学生对于学生工作以及朋辈辅导员工作更为积极乐观,所以学生工作需要结合院校类型,给予更多的学生以学生管理工作的锻炼成长机会。

The paper discovered the different attitudes and the common characteristics among the undergraduates through the survey on peer counseling in Beijing. We conducted an investigation among the undergraduates in colleges and universities listed in＂211 project＂and those who had the experiences of student leaders and those who took a positive attitude towards student management and peer counseling.The paper proposed the opinion of advancing the peer counseling according the type of the colleges and universities,and suggested that colleges and universities should provide more opportunities for students who are willing to do peer counseling jobs.
