摘要
改扩建中旧规范护栏立柱的防撞性能不满足现行规范要求,从提高立柱的抗弯与抗拔性能两方面提出了旧规范立柱升级改造设计方案;该方案将地面以下立柱内部土体清除,并填充钢筋混凝土,通过力学计算,分析了立柱的抗弯与抗拔的受力特征,确定了立柱内填充混凝土合理深度和高度;通过对旧规范立柱、现行规范立柱与升级改造立柱的抗弯静载、抗弯拟动载、摆锤冲击实验与抗拔拟动载现场实验,研究了立柱的抗弯与抗拉性能。研究表明:旧规范立柱的防撞性能经此升级改造方案后满足现行规范的设计要求。
The crashworthiness of guardrail post in old standard can not satisfy the current specification requirements in the process of expansion. From the perspective of improving the column bending and tension performance, the upgrade and re- construction design scheme of column in old standard was put forward. In the proposed scheme, the soil underground and inside the column was removed and the reinforced concrete was filled. Through the mechanics calculation, the force charac- teristics of column bending and pullout were analyzed, and the reasonable depth and height of the concrete filled inside the column were also determined. Finally, the bending static load, bending quasi-dynamic load, pendulum impact test and pullout quasi-dynamic load experiment of the old specification columns, the current specification columns and the upgraded columns were carried out and compared. The research indicates that the crashworthiness of column in old specification upgraded and reconstructed by the proposed scheme can meet the design requirements of the current specification.
