摘要
人力资本是组织获取竞争优势的重要战略资源,组织内分散的个体人力资本如何转化成为整体的组织人力资本不得而知。为探索组织人力资本的形成机制,以多层次理论为基础,整合微观层面与宏观层面的人力资本研究,提出组织人力资本的形成模型。该模型认为,任务复杂性和组织的行为状态、认知状态、情感状态共同决定个体人力资本转化为组织人力资本的过程。
Human capital is an important strategic resource for organizations to gain competitive advantage. However, it is not answered that how the scattered individual human capital transform to integral organizational human capital. In order to explore the mechanism of emergency of organizational human capital, we proposed a multi-level model that connects micro-level and macro-level, which explained the process that individual human capital transformed into organizational human capital from the perspective of multi-level theory. This model filled the blank of the multi-level research of human capital, and the theoretical and empirical suggestion of future research is proposed.
