摘要
以北京信息科技大学人力资源管理专业为例研究大学生就业能力评价体系。从理论研究角度,根据国内外相关研究建立理论模型;从人才培养角度,以本校人力专业八届毕业生为调查样本,形成大学生就业能力基本模型;从市场(用人单位)角度,对用人单位HR从业人员为主要对象再次调研作为验证,最终形成人力资源管理专业大学生就业能力的完整评价体系,包括了基本素质、基本能力、专业知识和专业能力等四个维度计十八指标。
Taking human resource management department of Beijing Information Science and Technology University as an example, this paper investigates College students' employment ability evaluation system. From the perspective of theoretical research, we established a theory model according to related research both at home and abroad related research established. From the perspective of personnel training, ket we made a survey sample and an employment basic model of ei (the employer) perspective of the employer HR practitioners as ght the session graduates. From the marmain research object, and use it as verification and eventually form a complete evaluation system for human resource management students' employability. The evaluation system include four basic dimensions which are basic quality, basic skills, professional knowledge, ability count as well as eighteen indicators.
