摘要
子宫腺肉瘤多发生在绝经后妇女,占子宫肉瘤的5％[1],为低度恶性的肿瘤,由良性的上皮成分以及低度恶性的间充质成分组成,治疗以手术为主.一般情况下,子宫腺肉瘤患者的预后较好,其复发转移的相关危险因素包括深肌层浸润、肉瘤过度生长、淋巴血管侵犯、子宫外侵犯及在肿瘤中存在异型细胞等.子宫腺肉瘤临床少见,近期南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院收治了4例此类患者,现结合文献复习报道如下.
