To Explore and Practice the Creation Work of the Typical Demonstration of Occupational Health in Urumqi Railway Bureau

目的对乌鲁木齐铁路局职业卫生典型示范单位创建工作进行探讨,为今后开展推广工作提供依据。方法分析职业卫生典型示范单位创建工作过程、措施和效果。结果通过对乌鲁木齐铁路局职业卫生典型示范单位创建工作的探讨,寻求能够推广到全局站段的职业卫生管理有效措施。结论在从路局领导到站段单位、劳动者高度重视,多单位、多部门协同配合的前提下,通过不断提高监管队伍的能力和水平,建立简便、实用、高效的职业病防治指导援助平台,健全职业病防治教育体系等手段,全局站段单位职业卫生管理工作会上一新台阶。

Objective To explore the creation work of the typical demonstration of occupational health in Urumqi Railway Bureau,and to provide the basis for the popularization work in the future. Methods To analyze the working process,measures and effects of the typical demonstration of occupational health. Results Through the discussion o of the typical demonstration of occupational health in Urumqi Railway Bureau,to seek effective management measures for occupational health that can be popularized to all stations and depots in Urumqi Railway Bureau. Conclusions On the premise of high attention from the bureau leaders,workers,from railway stations and depots,on the premise of coordination from multi units and departments,and by means of continuous improving the ability and level of the supervision team,by means of establishing a simple,practical and efficient guidance platform and improving the education system for occupational disease prevention and treatmen,the management work of occupational health of stations and depots in Urumqi Railway Bureau will reach a higher level.
