摘要
目的探讨智能三维情景式生物反馈训练平台在脑瘫患儿下肢粗大肌群肌力训练中的应用。方法将2016年1月至12月在我院儿童康复科门诊及住院部治疗的50例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组25例,其中对照组患儿实施传统神经发育疗法,试验组患儿采用智能三维情景式生物反馈训练平台进行下肢粗大肌群肌力训练,两组患儿分别进行为期3个月的观察周期,在疗程开始、3个月后运用肌力补充分级法、粗大运动功能评定(GMFM88)、盖塞尔检查粗大动作功能区对患儿脑瘫康复情况进行前后对比。结果经不同训练后,试验组患儿肌力细分级3~5级有22例(88.00%),对照组患儿肌力细分级3~5级有15例(60.00%),试验组患儿肌力细分级情况较对照组明显优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后,试验组GMFM88评估百分比情况(69.02±18.43)%明显优于对照组(57.76±15.23)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿盖塞尔检查得分(67.21±18.54)分明显高于对照组(55.24±16.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿采用智能三维情景式生物反馈训练平台进行下肢粗大肌群肌力训练,患儿肌力细分级情况改善良好,有效提高患儿粗大肌群肌力运动功能以及发育情况。
Objective To explore the application of intelligent three dimensional scene biofeedback training platform in muscular strength training of lower limb large muscle group of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 50 cases of children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital children's rehabilitation outpatient and inpatient department from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research object,randomly divided into two groups by using random number table method,25 cases in each group, the control group received traditional therapy of neural development, the experimental group were treated with intelligent three dimensional scene biofeedback training platform to make muscular strength training of lower limb large muscle group. The two groups had 3 months' observation period, at the beginning and 3 months of the treatment, strength supplement classification, gross motor function assessment( GMFM88), Gaiser were used to inspect the gross motor function areas to compare the recovery of children with cere- bral palsy before and after the rehabilitation. Results After different training, the experimental group had 22 cases ( 88% ) in 3 - 5 grade in muscle strength classification, the control group had 15 cases(60% )in 3- 5 grade in muscle strength classification, the ex- perimental group was better than the control group obviously in muscle strength classification, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) ;after the training, the GMFM88 evaluation percentage of he experimental group (69.02 ± 18.43 )% was significantly bet- ter than that of the control group ( 57.76 ± 15. 23 ) %, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The Gaiser examination score of experimental group(67. 21 ± 18.54) significantly higher than that of control group(55.24 ± 16. 21 ) ,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Children with cerebral palsy using intelligent three dimensional scene biofeedback training platform in muscular strength training of lower limb large muscle group improved well in the muscle strength classification, and it can effectively improve the movement function of large muscle group and development.
