农村留守青少年犯罪的原因与预防

The Causes and Prevention of Left-behind Juvenile Delinquency in Rural Areas

摘 要:随着城市化进程加快,农民进城务工成为常态,农村留守青少年犯罪问题已经变得越来越突出,并呈现出犯罪主体日益低龄化、女性犯增多及团伙作案等特点。其产生的主要原因是农村地区的贫困、家庭功能的缺失、学校教育的偏差和社会监管不力等,针对农村留守青少年犯罪的特点及犯罪原因,家庭应转变观念、优生优育,创造良好的家庭环境,优化教育方式;学校应优化教育结构,均衡教育;社会应大力发展经济,完善农村基层自治组织对青少年的管理,净化文化环境,构建社区矫正。

With the process of urbanization accelerated, rural areas, urban migrant workers become normal. Rural youth juvenile crime problem has become more and more prominent which shows the crime of increasingly young age, increased female, gang crime and so on. The main reasons are poverty in rural areas, lack of family function, deviation of school education and poor social supervision. The characteristics of juvenile delinquency in rural areas and the causes of crime should be prevented from rural areas in terms of family, school and society. In order to prevent the juvenile delinquency in rural areas, the family should change the concept, family planning, create a good family environment and optimize the educational mode. The school should popularize and optimize the education of the young people in the rural areas, universal edacation and opeimized education stuctare are also needed. Society should vigorously develop the economy, improve the rural grassroots self-government organizations on the management of young people, purify the cultural environment, the construction of community correction.
