A literature review on health needs assessment of family caregivers of elders

通过回顾国内外老年人家庭照顾者健康需求评估工具,总结老年人家庭照顾者常见的健康需求,发展以老年人家庭照顾者的健康需求为导向的评估、教育、指导和支持网络,使其能够有效利用支持资源,提高健康水平,从而能够为老年人提供高质量护理。最终,为我国老龄化的建设和发展提供理论依据。

Reviewing existing literature regarding health needs assessment tools of family caregiver of elders to get insight into the health needs of family caregivers of the elders. It is necessary to develop an assessment-education-guidance- support network based on family caregivers＇ health needs, so that the caregivers can improve their health and provide high quality care to the elders. This article can provide references for the development of aging society of China.
