摘要 [目的 /意义]从成人视角出发,研究成人对儿童使用教育类移动应用的态度及影响因素。[方法 /过程]采用卡片分类法收集数据,来自北京、陕西、浙江、上海等21个省份的102位参与者参加了此次调研。要求研究参与者撰写支持或反对儿童使用教育类移动应用的理由,以小组形式对理由进行归类,在此基础上进行数据统计和聚类分析。[结果 /结论]构建教育类移动应用技术接受模型,用以解释成人对儿童使用教育类移动应用的态度及其影响因素。该模型包含感知有用性、感知易用性、感知风险、相容性和态度等变量,尤其强调了感知风险对态度及行为的影响,包括身体健康、表达交流和设备依赖3个方面。 C Purpose/significance 3 This paper focuses on the adults' attitude and factors that influence their atti- tude. [ Method/process] Card sorting was used for data collection. We recruited 102 participants from Beijing, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Shanghai and so on. All participants were asked to write reasons why they support children using mobile appli- cations or why not. Then participants are divided in groups and each group was asked to classify these reasons. [Result/ conclusion ] This paper built an educational mobile application acceptance model based on the statistical analysis and clus- tering. The model includes several factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, consisten- cy, and attitude. The factor perceived risk is emphasized in the paper and it is consisted of 3 parts: health, communica- tion and device dependence.
