摘要
圆锥角膜（keratoconus，KC）是一种双侧性、进行性角膜基质变薄、前凸且伴进行性视力下降的病理改变，目前国内尚缺乏对该疾病治疗方法的系统性认识。近年来临床上常见的治疗圆锥角膜的方法包括，硬质角膜接触镜、穿透性角膜移植术、板层／深板层角膜移植术、角膜基质内环植入术和角膜交联术以及各种联合手术等。
Keratoeonus is a bilateral disease of cornea characterized by progressive thinning, bul- ging, and distortion of the cornea. However, there were not systematic review of all kinds of treatments. The clinical managements of the keratoconus in current include rigid contact lens, penetrating keratoplasty, deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty, intrastromal corneal ring implantation and corneal crosslinking and several combined surgerys.
