摘要
首先建立了血清钠检测的量值溯源流程系统,将厂商提供的校准品溯源至参考物质和参考方法,其中参考方法选用IFCC推荐的火焰原子发射光谱法(FAES)。根据EP9-A2要求,用临床检测的常规方法与参考方法同时测定49例血清样本进行对比实验。完成了血清钠离子产品校准品的量值溯源,建立了血清钠离子检测系统的量值溯源性,以提高检测结果的可靠性。实验结果显示,临床检测的常规方法和参考方法有很好的相关性,且两种方法的测量值偏差符合CLIA'88的要求。
The system of magnitude traceability of serum sodium ion was created. The calibration from the manufacturers trace to the reference material and reference method. Flame atomic emission spectrometry( FAES) which recommended by IFCC was applied to the reference method.Based on the requirements of EP9-A2,49 cases of serum samples were determined by routine methods and reference methods.In this work,the traceability of the magnitude of the serum sodium ion product calibration was completed,and the traceability of the value of the serum sodium ion detection system was established to improve the reliability of the test results.The experimental results show that there was a good correlation between the conventional method and the reference method,and the deviation of the two methods was in accordance with the requirements of CLIA'88.
