膜增生性肾小球肾炎再认识 被引量：1

摘要 膜增生性肾小球肾炎（membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis,MPGN）是根据肾活检组织病理学特点定义的一种肾小球损伤病理类型,好发于8 ～16岁的儿童和青少年.在土耳其和尼日利亚,MPGN是儿童肾病综合征常见的病理类型.
