高职分类考试招生职业适应性测试模式探究

Research on the Model of Occupational Adaptability Test in the Classification Examination of Higher Vocational Education

分类考试招生使高职院校办学自主权进一步扩大,招生录取渠道多元化,学生选择机会增加。根据国家考试招生制度改革精神,职业适应性测试是分类考试招生的重要评价方式。笔者结合所在单位在职业适应性测试方面的有益探索,分析当前高职院校分类考试招生职业适应性测试的现状,并从分大类进行职业适应性测试、量化得分标准、校企合作制定测试标准等方面进行研究,以期为实现考试招生公平、科学选才提供借鉴。

The classification of examination and enrollment expand the autonomy of higher vocational colleges,the enrollment channels are diversified and the opportunities for students to choose have increased. According to the spirit of the reform of the national examination and enrollment system,the vocational adaptability test is an important way to evaluate the students＇ enrollment. In this paper,the author analyzes the status of the vocational adaptability test of the vocational college entrance examination and researches from the aspects of professional adaptability test,quantifying the scoring standard,the school-enterprise cooperation to develop test standards,in order to achieve fair examination and scientific selection.
