法治化建设视域下的法律援助探析

On Legal Aid from the Perspective of the Rule of Law

党的十八届四中全会提出全面推进依法治国,我国的法治化建设进入了新的历史时期。与此同时,我国法律服务市场的供需矛盾也日益凸显。法律援助逐渐成为缓解这一矛盾的重要途径。本文在此背景下,简要介绍了我国法律援助的发展历程和主要特征,并着重分析了当前我国的法律援助工作存在的主要问题以及进一步深化改革的相应措施建议。

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party proposed fully advancing the law-based governance of the country, the rule of law has entered a new historical period in China. At the same time, the supply and demand contradiction in China＇s legal services market has become increasingly prominent. Legal aid has gradually become an important way to alleviate this contradiction. In this context, this paper briefly introduces the development process and main features of legal aid in China, analyzes the main problems of legal aid work in our country, and provides measures to further deepen the reform.
