Establishment and Significance of Diagnosis-treatment Model of Trinity of Diagnosing Disease,Differentiating Syndrome and Identifying Symptom

病、证、症是中医理论体系中层次有别的对人体疾病的反映,对于病证的诊断均不可或缺。应综合病、证、症(包含现代医学检查)三位于一体的诊断思维模式,逐渐发挥出中医学在疾病诊治方面的优势。自内涵至外延,厘清病、证、症的概念,强调以病证结合思想为基础,以辨证为核心,客观看待"症"、全面"识症",构建诊病-辨证-识症三位一体的诊疗模式,并论证其在临床实际中发挥的作用及意义。

Disease,syndrome and symptom are stratified reflections of human diseases in Chinese medicine theoretical system,which is indispensable to diagnosis of disease and syndrome. The diagnosis thinking model of trinity of disease,syndrome and symptom（ including modern medicine examination） gradually gives full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. From the connotation to the extension,the authors clarify the concepts of disease,syndrome and symptom,emphasize taking the disease-syndrome combination theory as the basis,taking syndrome differentiation as the core,taking objective attitude on ＂symptom＂,＂identifying symptom＂comprehensively,as well as establish the diagnosis-treatment model of trinity of diagnosing disease,differentiating syndrome and identifying symptom. The authors demonstrate the effect and significance of the model in clinical practice.
