互联网的出现对公共图书馆各项工作产生了深远影响。"互联网+"的提出,将进一步加快虚拟图书馆的发展,推动传统图书馆服务模式的升级与重构。公共图书馆志愿者服务工作也不例外。公共图书馆更应该顺应"互联网+"时代的变化,转变服务理念,利用"互联网+"信息手段和传播手段,创新服务内容,完善服务手段,以满足人们多元化和个性化的阅读需求。本文阐述了"互联网+"对公共图书馆志愿者服务工作产生的积极意义和影响,分析了公共图书馆志愿者服务工作的主要内容,重点论述了在"互联网+"时代公共图书馆志愿者服务工作的改进措施,以期对今后公共图书馆志愿者服务工作起到抛砖引玉的作用。

t The advent of the Internet has a profound influence on the public library. The proposal of ＂Internet＋＂ will further accel- erate the development of virtual libraries, and promote the upgrading and reconstruction of traditional library service mode. The vol- unteer service work of public library is no exception. Public libraries should conform to the change of ＂Internet＋＂ era, transform the service idea, use the information and communication means of ＂Internetq＋＂, innovate the service content, and improve the service means to meet people＇s diverse and individual reading needs. This paper expounds the positive significance and impact of ＂Internet＋＂ to the volunteer service work of public library, analyzes the main content of volunteer service work of public library, discusses the improvements of volunteer service work of public library in ＂Internet＋＂ era, in order to offer a good starting point for future volun- teer service work of public library.
