摘要
本文阐述了图书馆人性化服务的内涵,提出了图书馆与读者之间的关系应是一种和谐平等的关系。图书馆应本着以人为本、读者至上的宗旨,通过人性化服务为广大读者提供更优质、更个性化的服务。
This paper expounds the connotation of humanized service in libraries, and puts forward that the relationship between li- brary and reader should be an harmonious and equal cooperative relationship. In line with people-oriented and reader-oriented pur- pose, library provides the readers with more high quality and humanized service by the humanized service.
