摘要
针对以往煤巷围岩控制研究中帮顶协同支护的问题,选取寺家庄矿15117工作面回风巷作为工程背景,综合运用现场调研、围岩地质力学参数测试、理论分析与现场工程实践相结合的方法,研究煤巷协同强力支护技术。研究成果表明,巷道围岩是由顶板、两帮及底板共同构成的整体,两帮一旦发生变形破坏,巷道整体依然会失稳;开挖卸载使得巷道围岩发生变形破坏,协同强力支护技术能够一定程度上改善围岩受力状态,减轻其变形破坏程度。矿压监测数据表明,现场工程实践效果良好,煤巷帮顶协同强力支护技术具有一定的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of roof and coal side incoordination support in coal roadway, the paper selected the return airway of 15117 work face at Sijiazhuang Mine as engineering background, using field survey, geological mechanics parameters test of surrounding rock, theoretical analysis and fie!d engineering practice, the synergistic strength support technology of coal roadway was studied. The result showed that the surrounding rock of roadway was the integration of roof, two sides and floor, the whole section of the roadway would be destabilized when two sides were destroyed. The excavation load caused deformation and damage to the surrounding rock of roadway, the stress state of surrounding rock could be improved by synergistic strong sup- port technology, and the degree of deformation and damage was reduced. The monitoring data showed that the field engineering practice was favorable, and the synergistic strength support technology of coal roadway had certain popularization and application value.
