在地方本科高校转型发展的战略背景下,人才培养规格作为人才培养的标准,其内涵包括了培养对象人文素养、知识结构和能力素质三方面的内容,应用技术型本科所培养的技术型人才应该拥有较高的人文素养、合理的知识结构和较强的能力素质。基于技术知识的技术本科教育理念、社会人才类型结构和高等教育类型结构相耦合、产业结构应与人才类型结构相耦合、以差异化战略获得高等学校竞争中的优势地位是应用技术型本科培养技术型人才的动因。为实现人才培养规格,应用技术型本科应树立人文素养是教育活动基础的教育观、构建以技术知识为核心的课程体系、创新以能力素质为核心的人才培养模式。

Under the strategy of transition of local undergraduate colleges and universities, Classification of talents cultivation is the standard of talents cultivation including humanistic quality, knowledge structure and ability quality. The motivations of training technical application personnel includes the idea of application-oriented education basing on technical knowledge, the coupling relationship between the structure of types of talents and the structure of types of higher education, the coupling relationship between the industrial structure and talents structure and the desire for obtaining dominant position in differentiation strategy. In order to implement the classification of talents cultivation, application-oriented university should realize humanistic quality is the basis of education, construct the course system basing on technical knowledge and innovate the mode of personnel training basing on ability quality.
