高职教育社会智库建设探析

Analysis on the Development of Social Think Tank in Higher Vocational Education

加快建设现代职业教育体系,亟待从社会(行业企业)视角研判高职教育政策供给和高职院校创新发展问题。当下,加强高职教育社会智库建设理论研究,推动高职教育社会智库建设十分必要。高职教育社会智库建设,要基于高职教育的社会开放性特征,从推动高职教育"跨界"发展视角把握高职教育社会智库建设与发展定位、治理体制机制创新、研究咨询体系运行等问题,从制度建设、现代化建设、国际化建设、资源支撑、质量保障等方面加强高职教育社会智库建设。

To speed up the development of modern vocational education system, it is urgent to assess the supply of higher vocational education policies and the innovation and development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of societies （industries and enterprises）. At the moment, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical research and promote the development of social think tank in higher vocational education. The development of social think tank in higher vocational education should be based on the characteristics of higher vocational education of social openness, and should deal with the positioning of construction and development of social think tank in higher vocational education, innovation of governance system and mechanism, operation of research and advisory system and other problems from the perspective of promoting the development of cross-border education in higher vocational education, and to put forward ways to develop social think tank from the aspects of system construction, modernization construction, internationalized construction, resource support and quality guarantee.
