摘要
在实地访谈的基础上,从职业教育产教对接制度设计、制度实施、制度支撑和制度环境4个方面设计职业教育产教对接制度影响因素的调查问卷,对225名被试进行调查。通过探索性因素分析发现,职业教育产教对接制度影响因素包括4个因子,且各影响因素之间存在较为显著的相关性。回归分析结果显示,制度设计、制度实施、制度支撑和制度环境因素在10%的显著性水平下对职业教育产教对接制度有显著影响。
On the basis of the on-the-spot interview, the questionnaire on influencing factors for teaching-production docking system of vocational education is designed from four aspects of design, implementation, support and environment. After the preliminary test, an official investigation to 225 participants has been implemented. Through exploratory factor analysis, it is found that the influence factors include four factors, and there is significant correlation among various influencing factors. Regression analysis results show that the four factors mentioned above have a significant impact on production-teaching docking system of vocational education under 10% significance level.
