摘要
针对应用型本科专业与经济社会发展需求变化相脱节问题,借鉴敏捷制造经验,将高等教育系统视为一个生产人才的制造系统,将学科视为企业,课程相当于虚拟组织中的核心资源,根据需求变化,对专业采取敏捷性调整与优化方式。其关键要素是提高创造知识、整合课程、选择教师的敏捷度。据此,需要构建"校-分院"的矩阵式组织结构,打造"多面手"高素质教师团队,统一教研与科研平台,强化高校信息化管理。
Aiming at the disconnection between applied undergraduate specialty and changes of economic and social development needs, learning the experience of agility manufacturing, this paper put forward to regard higher education system as a manufacturing system to produce personnel, regard discipline as the enterprise, take currictlla as the core resources of virtual organization, and adopt the agility way to adjust and optimize the specialty based on the change of needs. The key factors are the agility of improving creating knowledge, integrating course and selecting teacher. Based on this, it is necessary to construct "school-sub-school" matrix organization structure, build "generalists" high-quality teacher team, unify teaching and scientific research platform, and strengther~ the information management of colleges and universities.
