摘要
采取自行设计的调查问卷结合对调查对象进行现场访问,对大连市普兰店区乡镇医院护士和实习护生的护理伦理缺失现象进行调查归纳。通过介入统计学和心理学的方法,对调查中反映出来的乡镇医院护理人员护理伦理问题进行分析,提出卫生学校和乡镇地区医院应在教学和护理中改变重技术技能轻护理伦理的现象,建构护理伦理教学"三维·体验"模式,使护理专业学生能从"心理、认知、行为"的三个维度超越护理伦理困境。
Through a self-designed questionnaire and the on-site visits, the phenomenon of the lack of nursing ethics of nurses and nursing students in township hospitals in Pulandian District of Dalian City was investigated. Through the methods of statistics and psychology, this paper analyzes the ethical dilemma of nursing staff in township hospitals. And it is suggested for health schools and the hospitals in rural areas to change the light weight of nursing ethics in teaching and nursing, construct ＂Three Dimensional · Experience＂ mode in nursing ethics teaching, make nursing students can surmount the dilemma of nursing ethics from three dimensions of ＂psychology, cognition, and behavior＂.
