摘要 微课因其自身短小精悍的特点而备受诸多学习者喜爱,但是微课还具有知识分散、不成体系等缺陷,因此很多师生对其利用率并不高。从教学角度和现实情况来看,高职英语还存在对英语教学不够重视、教学方法不够科学等问题。高职英语虽然不再是一门基础专业课程,但却是一门必修科目。针对高职学生英语水平参差不齐的特点,从全面提高学生的学习兴趣,使学生能够根据自身情况进行个性化、选择性的学习的角度出发,可以采取微课与分层教学相结合的有效策略,进而提高教学效果。 Micro course is celebrated by many learners for its terse and forceful features. However, because of its defects such as knowledge dispersed, no system, etc., it has not been used efficiently by teachers and students. Seeing from the perspective of teaching and the reality, there exist problems in teaching of higher vocational college English course, such as the insufficient emphasis, unscientific teaching methods, etc. Although higher vocational college English is not a basic professional course, it is a compulsory subject. In light of the fact that the English level of higher vocational institute students is uneven, aiming at the objective to improve the students' interest in learning and make students do personahzed and selective learning according to their own conditions, it is suggested to adopt the effective strategy integrating micro course and hierarchical teaching, so as to improve the teaching effect.
