摘要 随着电子技术的不断发展,大量先进的电气设备装备在车辆上,电气系统承担的任务越来越多,地位也越来越重要;电气系统出现故障如果不能及时检测并排除,故障就有可能进一步扩大,造成功能失效,影响整车任务的执行;近年来,电气系统的数字化程度逐步提高,总线技术也得到了充分应用,为电气系统在线故障诊断提供了有利条件;以数字化部件为基础,选取某控制系统为电气系统的代表子系统,开展电气系统BIT技术研究;根据子系统的典型故障,执行电机工作故障、传感器短路断路故障、电爆管故障、通信模块故障等给出了相应的故障检测方法,并设计了故障诊断电路;以样机为基础,采用上电BIT、周期BIT和维护BIT三种方式,对系统的典型故障进行了验证;结果表明,研究方法对电气系统在线故障诊断设计具有一定的指导意义。 With the development of electronic technology, a large number of advanced electrical equipment on the vehicle electrical sys tern, more and more tasks undertaken, plays a more and more important role. Electrical system failure if not timely detection and elimina tion, fault is likely to expand further, resulting in failure, affect the vehicle task execution. In recent years, digital level of electrical system as been gradually improved, bus technology has heen fully applied, provide favorable conditions for the on line fault diagnosis of electrical system. In the digital parts as the foundation, selection of one control system as the representative system of electrical system, to carry out research on BIT technology of electrical system. Through statistics for electrical system fault analysis, to determine the main typical faults occurred during the execution of the motor, sensor, electric tube and communication module, to put forward the corresponding detection method to the typical fault and given the corresponding circuit fault diagnosis. The principle prototype based on BIT, using electricity BIT, periodic BIT and maintain the BIT three mode of typical faults of fire control system is verified. The investigation has certain guidance mean ing for the design of fault diagnosis of electrical system.
