Strength analysis and optimization design on socket of high-rank hydraulic support

摘要 高端液压支架工作阻力大,可靠性高,支护性能强,柱窝作为其承载关键零件,受力情况复杂。通过有限元方法计算立柱与柱窝间的接触关系,对柱窝形状及肋板分布进行了拓扑优化,并利用响应面法分析柱窝关键参数对其强度的灵敏度,提出了柱窝的优化方案,为液压支架柱窝设计提供了参考。 Due to large working resistance, high reliability and superior supporting property of the high-rank hydraulic support, as the key carrying part, the socket is stressed complicatedly. In the paper, the finite element method was applied to calculate the contact relationship of the column and the socket, and the topological optimization on the shape of the socket and the layout of the ribs was conducted. In addition, the response surface method was applied to analyze the sensitivity of key parameters of the socket to its strength, and the optimization scheme of the socket was proposed, which offered reference for the design on the socket of the hydraulic support.
