摘要
矿用自卸车的恶劣作业环境使其安全性显得尤为重要。依据我国有关标准试验工况,通过利用有限元技术对某新型矿用自卸车驾驶室进行翻车保护装置(ROPS)和落物保护装置(FOPS)仿真分析,来校核新型自卸车驾驶室的安全性,并进行了结构改进,为该型自卸车产品的驾驶室设计、研究提供可行的校核手段与方法。
The safety of the mining dump truck is very important due to its severe operation surroundings. In the paper, according to the test working conditions specified in domestic standards, ROPS(Roll-Over Protective Structure) and FOPS(Falling Object Protective Structure) simulation and analysis on the cab of a new-type mining dump truck were conducted by using finite element technology, so as to check the safety of the cab. In addi tion, structural improvement was carried out. It offered feasible checking means for the design and the study on the cab of the mining dump truck.
