摘要
本文以实际工程中的空调排风热回收系统为基础,应用故障树分析FTA方法进行了故障诊断。针对该系统的特点,选取"冬季热回收效果差"这一典型故障作为顶事件建立故障树模型,采用上行法求得最小割集,并对故障原因提出合理的维修意见。将该故障树模型应用于实际系统,能够快速准确地找出故障并提出维修意见,为该类空调排风热回收系统的故障诊断和维修提供了参考,保证了该类空调排风热回收系统的热回收效果和稳定运行。
Based on the actual air-conditioning engineering of exhaust air heat recovery system,this paper applies the FTA method to carry out the fault diagnosis. According to the characteristics of the system,the paper chooses the typical fault of the system "effect of heat recovery is bad in winter"as the top event to establish a fault tree model,then uses the upstream method to calculate the minimum cut sets. Meanwhile,reasonable maintenance suggestions are put forward for each failure cause. The actual applications of this fault tree model helps detect the problems rapidly and accurately,providing the reference for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the exhaust air heat recovery system and ensuring the heat recovery effect and stable operation of the exhaust air heat recovery system.
