在中国古代历史长河中，齐文化以开放务实、通权达变的特色独树一帜。临淄作为齐国故都，是齐文化的发祥地，拥有丰厚的文化资源和良好的经济基础。为更好地弘扬传承齐文化，促进对外合作交流，加快建设现代化临淄，自2004年以来，临淄区已成功举办了13届齐文化节，以“泱泱齐风”为内核的各项节庆活动做到了届届有特色，年年有效益，深受广大民众的喜爱。

As the former capital of the State of Qi and the birthplace of Qi culture, Linzi has rich cultural resources and a good economic base. In order to do a better job of carrying forward the Qi culture, promoting foreign cooperation and exchanges, and accelerating the construction of modern Linzi, Linzi District has successfully held the Qi Culture Festival 13 times since 2004, and the festival has enjoyed great popularity among the masses.With the theme of 'telling stories, narrating history, depicting family affection and promoting exchanges', the 2017 Cross-Strait Qi Culture Festival carried forward the Qi culture in a colorful form, allowing the Taiwan compatriots to feel the unique charm of the Qi culture at close range. As an old city of the State of Qi, Linzi shoulders the mission of carrying forward the Qi culture. The holding of the Qi Culture Festival provides a perfectplatform for delving into the spiritual connotation and historical value of the Qi culture. Besides, it will add a more profound cultural core to Linzi, allowing more people to feel the charm of the Qi culture.
