摘要
用橡胶酒精溶液调制原料粉末成为料浆 ,采用喷涂法喷涂在 45 #钢基体上 ,经真空烧结成功制备出三元硼化物基耐磨涂层材料 ,其表面三元硼化物基涂层的硬度HRA为 84。用差示扫描量热仪分析得出烧结温度为 12 90℃ ,用扫描电镜 (SEM )、能谱 (EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对其微观结构进行了测试 ,结果表明 :涂层是由三元硼化物基硬质相和铁基粘结相组成 ,硬质相和粘结相分散均匀 ;在涂层和 45 #钢基体的界面由于存在化学反应和元素扩散使得这种新型涂层材料界面结合良好 ,界面结合强度高。磨损实验表明此种涂层材料具有优异的耐磨性。
A ternary-base wear resistance material was developed on steel 45 by spray coating with the surface hardness of 84 HRA. The raw powders were dissolved in rubber ethanol solution. The sintering temperature identified by thermal analysis was 1 280 ℃. The microstructure has been studied using SEM, EDS and XRD. Results show that the coating layer is composed of ternary boride base hard phase and ferrous base binder phase, the hard phase and binder phase are distributed uniformly in the layer. The interface between the coating layer and steel 45 bonds well, due to the chemical reaction and elements diffusion in the interfacial zone. The outstanding wear resistance was confirmed by wear tests.
