摘要
视神经转移癌非常罕见,临床表现多变,有系统性肿瘤病史.视神经转移癌通常预后不良,且多伴有系统转移.早期诊断视神经转移癌可对其进行早期干预,提高患者视力,改善生活质量.国内外对视神经转移癌的报道十分零散.本文归纳视神经转移癌的原发病灶、主要临床特点、诊断、治疗和预后,为临床诊疗提供理论依据.
Metastatic tumors of the optic nerve is really rare.It has various manifestation and often has primary cancer.Besides,all reports about metastatic tumors of the optic nerve are scattered.The earlier diagnosed,the better visual acuity.The earlier treated,the better prognosis.This paper based on the related reports homeland and abroad reviewed the primary sites,clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the metastatic tumors of the optic nerve.
