摘要
南宁站改建工程中,将原火车站改建成高度为98.5 m,集车库、旅客候车与出站、商业、办公、公寓为一体的一类综合高层建筑,在消防设计上实属罕见。分析了该建筑特有的火灾属性与消防特点,提出了消防设计应采取全面而局部强化的消防理念,基于系统的可靠性原则,将消火栓与喷淋灭火系统横向与竖向合理分区;在同时满足规范和灭火需求的前提下,提出了一种在大面积防火分区内应用喷淋-泡沫联用系统的切实可行的计算方法,强调了系统水压平衡计算与安全防患的重要性,供类似性质建筑消防设计参考。
In the process of Nanning station reformation, the original railway station was reformed to a 98.5 m high-rise integrated building which included garage, passenger waiting and exit, commercial room, office and apartment. This was a rare project case in the fire design field. The characteristics of fire and protection were analysed, and the control concept of combination of fire comprehensive and local reinforced protection was proposed. Based on the reliability principle, the location of fire hydrant and spray system was distributed feasibly. Under the precondition of standard and requirement, an effective calculation method for spray-foam combination system in large fire zone was proposed, the important calculation on balance of hydraulic pressure and safety strategies were emphasized. The project could be used to provide reference for similar buildings.
