摘要
针对疏浚底泥杂质多、含水量高、强度低等特点,采用调理改性工艺对泉州山美水库环保疏浚底泥进行处理,以便于后续脱水以及资源化利用。介绍了工艺参数、工艺流程、工艺原理及质量控制措施。应用实践表明,该工艺可有效改善泥浆脱水性能和强度,应用效果良好。
According to the characteristics of impurities, modified conditioning process was used to treat environmental water content dredged sediment, and low intensity, the so as to facilitate the subsequent dehydration and resource utilization. This paper introduces the process parameters, process flow, process principle and quality control measures. The practical application shows that the process has effective dewatering performance and can improve the strength of slurry.
