摘要
针对城镇污水处理厂部分环节局部高浓度臭气处理难题,提出了气动乳化+生物法和等离子法+气动乳化+生物法组合工艺技术。结合实际生产案例,将某城镇污水厂泵站原有的生物滤池除臭单工艺改造为等离子塔+气动乳化塔+生物滤池组合工艺。试验表明,该组合工艺可根据实际情况全开或部分开启,处理臭气浓度范围广,不受臭气酸碱度影响,处理效率高且稳定。
Mainstream combined processes of stench' s treatment in municipal wastewater treatment plant including pneumatic emulsification + biological stage and plasma + pneumatic emulsification + biological stage was described, aiming at difficulty in treating high concentration stench from some stages. Combined with the actual production case, the original deodorization biofiher in a pumping station of the municipal wastewater treatment plant was transformed into combined technique of "plasma + pneumaticemulsion + biological stage". Some of the stages or all stages in the combined process could be operated according to the actual situation. The stench of wide range concentration could be treated effectively without influence by pH value. The combined process was of stable and high efficient.
