超声引导短轴-平面外桡动脉穿刺在房颤患者中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究超声引导短轴-平面外桡动脉穿刺在房颤患者中的应用。方法选择择期行心脏手术的房颤患者15例,短轴-平面外超声引导下行桡动脉穿刺,记录操作时间,穿刺次数、穿刺成功率,观察并发症的发生率。结果超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管时间(52.8±17.6)s,11例患者1次穿刺置管成功,2例2次,1例3次,另外1例患者操作3次以上,需更换血管穿刺,总成功率93.3%。全组患者未见明显并发症。结论超声引导短轴-平面外桡动脉穿刺置管在房颤患者中具有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the application of ultrasound guided short axis,out-of-plane radial artery cannulation on patients with atrail fibrillation.Methods The ultrasound guided short axis,out-of-plane radial artery puncture catheter was performed on 15 patients with atrail fibrillation.Meanwhile the artery cannulation operation time,attempted times,and success rate were recorded and the complications were observed.Results Ultrasound Guided Artery Cannulation time: (52.8±17.6)s.Among the 15 patients,ll patients were successful in the first time,2 successful in the second time,1 in the third time.Only 1 patient's operation was attempted over 3 times,who needed to be punctured in the other artery.Overall success rate was 93.3%.Among all patients, no complication was observed. Conclusion Ultrasound guided short axis, out-of-plane radial artery cannulation is a positive strategy with high success and low complication that is recommendable.to patients with atrail fibrillation.
