摘要
收集整理了乌兰察布电业局所辖110 kV及以上电压等级电容式电压互感器(CVT)近3 a的故障案例,总结出CVT常见故障为电容单元故障、电磁单元故障、二次接线端子故障。选取2支故障CVT,结合现场试验数据,并通过对互感器返厂解体结果进行分析,确定为电容单元故障,其主要原因是制造工艺不严谨、电容单元极片毛刺放电等。最后提出赴厂监造、供应商建档等相关应对措施,以减少或避免CVT故障的发生。
Collect the capacitor voltage transformer (CVT) fault cases of 110 kV and above in Wulanqab Electric Power Bureau in recent 3 years, sum up the common faults of CVT are electromagnetic unit fault, capacitor fault and secondary terminal fault. Select two fault CVT, combined with the field test data and the transformer disassemble results, determine the capacitor unit failure is the main cause, which results from the un-rigorous manufacturing process and the condenser unit pole piece burr discharge. And finally put forward the factory supervision, supplier file and other related measures to reduce and avoid the CVT failure occurrence.
