摘要
通过对国内多家火电厂各类高温高压管座进行调研、统计、分析,归纳总结出目前火电厂各类管座大致可分为直埋式、管座式和螺纹式3种结构形式,其中直埋式和管座式应用广泛。对每种管座结构的优缺点进行分析,并给出了优化后的管座结构形式,可为火电厂管座技术改造、失效评估提供借鉴。
The investigation and statistics results of all kinds of high temperature and high pressure sockets in the current thermal power plants show that the sockets can roughly be divided into three structural types of buried type, socket type and screw type, in which the buried type and socket type are applicated widely. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of each socket are analyzed and the optimized socket structure is summed up, which can provide guidance for socket failure assessment and technical transformation from the thermal power plant.
