摘要
某350 MW超临界机组热网循环水泵长期存在振动大故障,采取排除法进行原因分析,确认泵组振动大与联轴器对轮连接不对中、系统管道共振等因素相关。通过改变联轴器对轮连接角度及加固管道等方式,通频振动值下降了262μm,处理效果明显。通过本次循环水泵振动处理,提高了设备运行可靠性,为同类型循环水泵振动处理提供借鉴。
The vibration failure existed in heat supply network circulation pump of a 350 MW supercritical unit. Adopted the elimination method to find out the causes, which were related to the coupling misalignment and system pipeline resonance. By changing the coupling angle of the coupling and strengthening the pipeline, overall vibration decreased by 262 μm. The processing of the circulation pump vibration improved equipment reliability, and provided references for same kind of circulating pump vibration disposal.
