摘要
通过对扇形段的设计,提高了夹持及支撑铸坯的能力,有效地提高了铸坯质量。通过对扇形三段检修方案的优化,缩短了检修时间,提高了设备更换效率,同时也降低了劳动强度。
The clamping and supporting capability of casting blanks has been improved by segment section design and quality of the casting blanks has been upgraded efficiently. The maintenance scheme of the third segment section has been optimized to shorten maintenance time and increase changing efficiency as well as reduce working strength.
