Integral Heat Treatment of Internal Burning for Large Dethanizing Stripping Tower

2014年山东烟台万华项目中关键设备脱乙烷汽提塔要求制造现场整体热处理,由于产品直径大,常规分段制造周期长,为此我们采用内燃法制定热处理工艺,产品达到了工艺要求,同时提出了大型塔器内燃法热处理发展方向。

The dethanizing stripping tower,the key equipment of the Wanhua project established in Yantai in 2014,was required for integral heat treatment at the manufacturing site. Since the product has larger diameter and longer regular sectional manufacturing period,integral heat treatment of internal burning method has been adopted,finally the products could accomplish process requirements and furthermore development direction for heat treatment of internal burning for large towers has been put forward.
