摘要
通过金相显微组织分析和力学拉伸实验,对微量Y加入铝镁合金后的凝固范围、显微组织和力学性能进行研究。研究表明,铝镁合金中添加微量Y使合金凝固区间范围变小,晶粒组织细化、形貌变圆整;Y的加入使合金形成了强化相Al_2Y,Al_2Y强化相熔点较高,使铝镁合金的室高温力学性能有所提升。
Through Metallographic microstructure analysis and mechanical tensile experiment, The effect of trace Y addition on microstructure, solidification range and mechanical properties of Al - Mg alloy were studied. The experimental results shows that, adding trace Y element to Al - Mg alloy narrowing the solidification interval, the structure of grains refine, the shape become round; thus trace Y addition strengthen alloy with solid solution and strengthening phase Al2Y. This strengthening phase has a high melting point, and improves the mechanics proper- ties of the alloy under room temperature.
