甘肃省东乡县农村电商发展对策与平台构建模式研究

Study on the Development of Rural E-commerce and Its Platform Construction in DongXiang County of Gansu Province

以甘肃省东乡县少数民族聚居区为研究目标,分析了东乡县电子商务发展的现状,提出了目前东乡县电子商务发展存在的弊端和问题,从政策落实、引进人才、"网上生态农场"和网络安全建设等方面讨论了相应的解决对策,并提出了相应的电子商务平台构建方案,以期能够帮助该县加快农村电子商务建设的步伐.

Taking DongXiang county of GanSu province as the research subject, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of e-commerce development and the existing disadvantages there. Then the problems of e-commerce in DongXiang county are put forward, and the corresponding solution meas- ures are discussed, like the implementation of policies, actively introduction of talents, establishment of ＂ecological farm online＂ and the network security construction. Lastly, the paper puts forward the corresponding plans for constructing e-commerce platform with the aim of helping accelerate the pace of agricultural e-commerce in this county.
