摘要
通过对宏程序在加工二次曲线类零件的研究,将变量编程在二次曲线类零件中的宏程序编程设计了通用的编程模板.使编程人员了解通用模板的原理,掌握宏程序的编程方法,在数控实操加工中,只要看清图纸要求,直接套用模板,就能够快速完成加工程序的编制,达到图纸的加工要求.
By means of researching macro program in processing conic parts, common macro programming template is designed in variable programming of the conic parts. The purpose of this design is to make programmers understand the principles of common template, grasp the macro program programming method, and quickly complete the processing procedures and fulfill the requirements of drawing processing in numerical control practice as long as the drawing is clear to see.
