济宁市体育舞蹈培训机构经营现状及策略研究

On Current Situation and Operation Strategy of Sports Dance Training Institutions in Jining

采用调查法、专家访谈等研究方法对济宁市体育舞蹈培训机构目前的经营状况及发展对策进行研究,希望对济宁市体育产业的发展提供帮助,并为今后各地区体育舞蹈类培训机构的发展提供借鉴.结果表明济宁市体育舞蹈培训机构的经营状况尚存在品牌意识不强、连锁体系不完备、师资力量不平衡、场地设施匮乏、缺乏行政管理等问题.建议日后在经营上注重加大宣传力度,突出精品课程,加强师资队伍建设,严格规范经营管理制度,针对经营问题采取应对措施.

This paper studies the current operation situation and development countermeasures of Sports Dance Training Institution in Jining by means of literature review, investigation and expert interviews, and hopes to help the development of sports industry in Jining City and provide references for sports dance in various regions in the future. The research results show that there is weak brand awareness, incomplete chain system, unbalanced teaching power, less facilities and lack of administrative management in the operating of sports dance training institutions in Jining. Much attention should be paid to the publicity of sports dance, to the quality of courses, to the construction of teaching staff, and to the operation system.
