摘要
以三维健康观为视角对我国高校体育课程的现状与困境进行审视,研究认为目前高校体育课程改革在身体健康、心理健康和社会适应这三个目标领域仍存在诸多困境需要克服.增加健康体适能教育,利用现代信息技术,促进学生课余锻炼有利于提升学生身体健康;以经典心理学理论为指导在师生关系、教学设计、教学内容与教法等方面做调整有利于促进学生心理健康;践行"自主体育"理念和引入拓展训练团队挑战项目有利于培养学生社会适应能力.
From the perspective of 3D health, the literature method and logical analysis method are used in this paper to review the current status and predicaments of PE curriculum reform in China's colleges and universities. The research results show that. a lot of problems remain to be solved in the target fields of physical health, mental health, and social adaptation. The countermeasures are also proposed correspondingly based on the predicaments, and they cover three aspects, the physical health of students is improved by combining the physical fitness education with the modern information tech- nology and strengthening the extracurricular physical training~ the mental health of students is im- proved by using the classic psychological theories for adjustments in the fields of teacher-student relationship, teaching design, teaching content, teaching methodology, etc; the social adaptability of students is cultivated by implementing the concept of "independent physical education" and introducing the team challenge projects of outdoor training.
