摘要
以沈阳体育学院体育教育专业部分年级的学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,对跨栏跑技术教学中出现的内在影响因素和外在影响因素进行系统梳理;其中教师的教学能力、学生学习兴趣、教学评价、教学环境等都是影响跨栏跑技术教学的主要因素,分析各影响因素存在的问题,给出科学合理的意见和建议,在教学实践中加以完善,以此来提高跨栏跑技术的教学效果.
Taking students of physical education major from Shenyang Sport University as the research object, using the method of questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics, the internal and exter- nal influencing factors on the teaching of hurdle race are studied systematically in this paper. The results show that the teaching ability of teachers, students ' interest in learning, teaching evaluation and teaching environment are the main influencing factors for the hurdle race teaching. Then the paper an- alyzes the existing problems of these factors and puts forward some reasonable opinions and suggestions to improve the teaching effect of hurdle race.
