经房间隔途径植入心脏再同步化治疗左心室心内膜电极1例并文献复习

摘要 心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)通过双心室起搏恢复心室电-机械同步性,是治疗心力衰竭合并心室失同步的有效手段。目前常规经冠状窦将左心室起搏电极置于冠状静脉属支(侧支或后支等),进行左心室心外膜起搏。本文报告1例经房间隔穿刺植入左心室心内膜起搏电极完成CRT的病例,并结合文献进行复习。
